My wife and I both lost a substantial amount of weight w/o ridiculous diets or supplements. She lost 40 lbs during her last pregnancy and gave birth to our super healthy baby boy. (7.5lbs) I dropped 80lbs following her example. I wasn't nearly as strict as her but I had more "insulation" to shed and well, I'm a guy so I'm told it's just easier to lose. We still enjoyed what we ate too!

I'm dropped so much and it isn't hard to keep it off.
