I will bake, torte, fill and decorate a 9 in round cake. Frosting and decoration will be in buttercream - decorations can be either a 'naked' style cake with piped rosettes on top, piped rosettes covering the top of a fully iced cake, or a semi-circle of a combination of piped rosettes and piped meringue peaks and piped stars. We can talk about cake flavor and icing flavors and colors :) Pick up or I can meet to deliver near Montrose/Midtown. This cake will serve 10-15 people
Training & Qualifications
I'm a hobby baker/ cake decorator who enjoys doing the work! I bake and decorate cakes for family and friends, and would love to do it in trade as well.
