About Beth Shewmaker
The Sower (Luke 8:4-15), Samaritan (Luke 10:30–35) and Servant (Luke 12:35-40) have a role in their parables how they were doing their ordinary thing that God used for an extraordinary purpose.
The Sower planted seed but was not hindered by imperfection of the soil. The Samaritan connected the hurting person to resources for healing. While the Servant maintained being prepared as he kept watch for the master's return.
These three roles reflect my ministry. I am a connector for resources and bring others to Christ for healing of their hearts and lives. The fruit of the harvest is the vision of the sower, I recognize that God's truth grows in hearts cultivated to receive it. Being a Christ follower is integrated in to everything in my life.
