Provide a distance session at a pre-selected day/time. Together we will set an intent for highest benefit to the entire body, each energy center will be adressed and balanced from base to crown. Your task will only be to locate a quiet space, without electronic noise. A space that is warm, welcoming, where you can align and invite a sense of wellbeing. A lit candle sets a sacred tone. I invite all soul friends to relax, recharge and refresh the inner self.
