About Beth Davis

My passion in life is to help people overcome the negative biases of their minds. I am a Master of Resilience and "The Restart". It's my mission to teach 10,000 people to free themselves from thier ...limiting beliefs, and to decrease thier levels of anxiety and depression. I'm bringing these people to the awarenss that many things are possible for them if they can embrace CHOICE and a life that is REAL. I'm visualizing these people as free from lifestyles that cause their mental health to be less than optimal. I'm a Confidence Coach focusing on helping people improve self esteem, reduce stress and achhieve their personal life goals. I am actively practicing and offering my program in person or via remote connect! My background is in corporate management in natural resources and structural steel industries. I hold a degree in Forestry from Southern Illinois U. I am a trained facilitator and writer/editor: NEPA docs, Environmental analysis, Educational grants. I love to hike... almost anywhere. I can teach you how to identify trees ,shrubs and herbs in my area maybe yours. show more
