I am a Licensed Realtor in the state of Michigan with American Associates, Inc. I do market analysis for all types of property, including commercial, residential, vacant land, and special use. I am not an appraiser, nor am I an attorney. If you are wondering what your property is worth, I can help give you a reasonable idea. I do this by comparing the neighborhoods, schools nearby, local prices on sold properties, and the physical condition of your property. I will also give your tips on increasing the saleability and value of your property, and can advise you of any issues that can prevent you from selling in the future.
