I am an artist dedicated to my craft. In the 7th grade I discovered Blender and taught myself to use the program from scratch. Doing this helped me realize that I could make a living doing what I love, I made up my mind then and there that I would become an animator. Everything I did from that point on was with that goal in mind. Through High School I continued to hone my craft by continuing to teaching myself and attending as many relevant classes as possible. I endeavored to learn fencing to better my understanding of motion and body mechanics. I founded an Animation Club with the main goal of sharing/teaching skills and working on mutual projects. When I graduated I was limited by my location in rural Wisconsin, and not in a position to set out on my own. Full Sail's online courses were the next obvious step. The next two years were dedicated to delving head long into the Animation/Game Design Industry. The courses were non-stop, detailed and everything I needed to understand all aspects of the Industry Pipeline. It also forced me to develop the thick skin necessary to survive in the field. I now have a full B.S in CG Animation and I'm ready to find my way into the industry.
