Come Walk The Rail Trail With Me!

I am offering my company for anyone who wants to come out and walk the Vestal Rail Trail with me. Having a goal like running a 5K means putting in the work and building up my endurance. I am a beginner and I am really out of shape. However, that wont stop me from making that first step. Anyone who wants to get out and get some fresh air, this is for you! I welcome beginners like myself, company seekers, or even seasoned runners or marathoners who just wanna spread the love!
For those who don't know, the Rail Trail is located in Vestal, NY and runs parallel to the Vestal Parkway. It is about 3.8 miles long in total and is paved in asphalt so there are no issues with uneven ground. It is beautiful in the spring and summer and I personally have been biking this trail with my grandfather since I was a child. Come and enjoy!
Training & Qualifications
I have two legs and two feet, lungs in my chest and two ears on my head! So, i do believe I am qualified to offer my company while getting some fresh air and sunshine on this beautiful path. Don't you agree?
Availability & Preferences
I plan to begin my walks at the African Road side of the trail on Wednesdays and Fridays
