Do you need some coaching with your career, family, goals, education, nutrition, relationships, or any important life event? Do need to talk through things in order to accomplish your goals? That's what a life coach is for. I'll help you through, whether it's just one session or one session per week.
Sessions are usually 30 - 45 minutes long, but that varies per client (price will change depending on time scheduled). We will cover any topic you need. You lead the session.
Training & Qualifications
I hold a degree in psychology and a master of social work, with experience in individual therapy, group therapy, parenting coaching, and religious counseling.
