Have excess garden produce and need help figuring out what to do with it and how? We will discuss canning with a pressure cooker, freezing, and dehydrating your excess and what will work best for you! Resources will also be provided.
Training & Qualifications
My husband and I own a small farm in northern Michigan. I have been canning/freezing/dehydrating produce for over 20 years.
Availability & Preferences
I'm pretty flexible most days.
