A graduate of the Schoolcraft culinary program and a past dessert and sous chef (for baking and hot food courses at the school, I assisted a master chef and the chef in charge of the program), I am willing to help you with your culinary problem areas! I can give lessons on specific dishes, give tips on how to make your meals better/healthier, and tried & true recipes.
Training & Qualifications
Associates degree in applied science- culinary arts, Schoolcraft College.
