I used to be a cardio bunny and restrict my diet to under 1200 calories..but I'm glad I started weight lifting because I feel more confident about my body and strong overall.
Training & Qualifications
I am not certified by nasm or ace. But I have personally lost 76lbs through 3 years of weightlifting and calesthenics. I have also written custom workout plans for friends that helped them loss weight as well.
