I am an Organizer/Helper/Thinker. I value organization and administration. I'll take your pile of receipts and turn it into an expense report you can use. I'll do your taxes because it's fun for me. A company can be a streamlined, efficient machine if you have the right person looking after the details. I'm that person.

Accuracy and efficiency can seem like a waste of time if you're just trying to get things done. I support the Doers and enable them to get things done, but also show them how improving processes and documentation will help the whole company without really putting much of a dent in their progress. I'm the guy who gets into the grit of all of the stuff that the rest of the company doesn't want to bother with and takes that stuff to the next level.
