I am pursuing my PhD in Mechanical engineering and working as a Teaching assistant in University of Texas at Dallas. My research interest is organic semiconductors such as perovskites for application in electronic devices.

My professional experience in both managerial and technical roles gives me an edge at understanding a problem and looking for its solution from both technical and managerial perspective. My exposure in contract management, planning, and execution of large scale international projects during my tenure at VA Tech Wabag has honed my ability to resolve routine and non-routine problems.

I have also held the rank of Cadet Under Officer in National Cadet Corps (equivalent to Cadet Lieutenant in ROTC in the US), which has shaped me into an excellent team player, and has sharpened my communication and leadership skills.

I intend to start a school for under privileged children to provide quality education, as I have always been passionate about social service. I believe education is every child’s right and the gap between the children and their dreams can be reduced by education.

My hobbies are mainly traveling and adventure sports.

My education at University of Texas at Dallas and at SRM University have given me a rich global perspective, which makes it easy for me to mingle with people with various ethnic backgrounds.
