I'll come over & bake you some fresh chocolate chip cookies! I just need a kitchen & basic baking tools, like a beater, a sheet tray, an oven, a bowl, etc. I would prefer having the ingredients ready, but won't mind retrieving them for you if this is planned well enough in advance. I can do other desserts as well, but ask first so we can plan. Willing to do this before/during sleepovers, small parties, etc as well.
Training & Qualifications
I'm a pastry cook at The Broadmoor & have completed the pastry program at Escoffier in Boulder, CO.
I'm not a scary fancy chef that only makes fine cuisine though, and I'm not above making cookies, pies, & brownies! Sometimes the simpler desserts taste best.
Availability & Preferences
I work from 4am to 12ish or 2ish pm, & my days off are usually Tuesdays & Wednesdays. My sleep schedule is very weird though, so please lemme know plans in advance.
