I am extremely familiar with most Apple computers ever made, and can perform repairs, upgrades, and even some unsupported OS installation hacks. You ask what you'd like to be done, I get it done. 12 years of experience with computer disassembly and reassembly, and 6+ years of customer interaction.

I'm a high-school graduate, and I'm in an online university for information technology. I spend a significant portion of my free time performing computer repairs, upgrades, and modifications, and I'm familiar enough with how operating systems work.
