I will give a 15 minute review of health, dental or vision insurance claim to provide general tips/review for accuracy against plan design/policy limits. I will help you get a claim submitted or give insight to possible appeals. You must provide policy docs, plan benefit guides, summary of benefits and/or have access to explanations of benefits [EOB] for claim in question. It helps to have access already established for benefits website you use (uhc, blue cross, Aetna, etc).
