I will give you tops and tricks to avoid gluten in your diet. This includes cross contamination issues and sneaky ingredients to watch for.
This is especially helpful if you have just been diagnosed with celiac dis-ease.
You will also get some delicious recipes that won't make you feel like you're not eating or eating weird bland boxed food. Tacos! Waffles! Mac-n-cheese! These are all from scratch recipes!
You can expect to feel more confident in your food choices! It was so hard for me when I was first diagnosed, I literally ate only fruits and vegetables and rice the first 3 months. How boring!
Training & Qualifications
I am a diagnosed Celiac, since 2010.
I had to develop new eating habits and it was tough without some help and support. My Dr. Literally shrugged his shoulders and said good luck. I don't want that to happen to you, so get some tips and tried and true recipes so you won't feel deprived!
