Ato Bentsi-Enchill is a creative thinker and entrepreneur. He has extensive experience in building companies that solve real world problems and proffering solutions to Africa’s most pressing problems such as education, unemployment, good sanitation and gender inequality.

He is a Partner at Black Adam Africa, a boutique private equity and transactional advisory firm, providing Small and Growing Businesses (SGBs) in Africa access to financing through its investor network. Our goal is to assist SGBs, Small and Growing Businesses, achieve maximum job creation impact on the African continent and also facilitate financing needs above 50MM USD for large scale projects on the continent with its proprietary network with one of the largest off shore investors.

For Small and Growing Businesses, we focus on companies that follow these requirements:

- Legally registered
- Minimum 3-5 years
- Located in Africa
- Funding requirements ranging from 1MM USD to maximum 15MM USD
- Willingness to offer minority stake and shareholder equity: There will be minority protection rights as a key means of influencing management and the direction of a company. These include board seats, veto rights on major decisions, the right to change management where necessary and the right to change auditor.
