I am a social entrepreneur and social impact analyst. I help organizations better understand how their programs can generate more than just financial impact. There are effects on the COMMUNITY, influence on the ECONOMY, and impact on the ENVIRONMENT. That’s why we need to use not only standard measures of financial success but those that measure environmental stewardship and social justice as well.

As the founder and CEO of Impactrio – I am a conduit for impact measurement and management to help organizations factor social impacts into their organizational performance to strategize to do sustainability management and demonstrate these values to stakeholders. Whether it’s to continue funding a program, to establish a new venture, or to scale them, I help develop the evaluation framework and analyze the results and guide design and strategy.

My recent clients are Ryerson University, Centre for Social Innovation (CSI), Futurpreneur Canada, School for Social Entrepreneurs - Ontario (SSE-O), Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB), Peel-Halton Workforce Development Board, Simpact Strategies, etc. Experienced like these cemented my learning that self-interest should align with the social and environmental interest we live in. Through this, my thought process evolved from project-based problem solving to system-wide re-thinking.

As a certified sustainability professional (CSP), my professional interests and expertise include Gamification and human-centered design thinking, change management, and up-to-date techniques of evaluation such as Social Return on Investment (SROI), Collective Impact (CI), Social Network Analysis, Well-being Analysis, etc.

With my finance and economics background and passion for social justice, I give organizations the tools they need to make critical decisions that create positive social change.
