I will teach you 3 beginner pole fitness poses that will help you develop your flexibility and strength after a quick warm up to get your heart rate up. You'll leave inspired, know a few fun poses, and radiate confidence.

Training & Qualifications


I gave a passion for fitness, especially pole fitness! I had so much fun as a student and wanted to share and inspire other people the way I had been, I was trained, hired, and taught 9+ aerial fitness classes per wk for 2 years.
