Coconut Oil Uses
This is free information. I don't want to charge for this because it's not a product that I sell. It's just worked really well for me.
If you've lost a lot of weight or had a baby and still have some loose skin, get globs of pressed coconut oil and just rubs it in for at least 10 minutes three times a day. If you have time, coat your midsection with coconut oil and wraps yourself up with seran wrap for a bit. Whatever your comfortable with, just don't do it all day. Coconut oil is a great moisturiser - add essential oils to it to give it a nice smell if you like. There's even an oil blend for cellulite. Together, the cellulite blend and the coconut oil work great with trouble areas. No need to buy expensive wraps! *To assist your healing, you should also try to stay away from sugary foods and try to exercise regularly.
Bad teeth and can't see a dentist? Try oil pulling with coconut oil! My cavity has started to heal since I started using coconut oil. It's white now instead of being smelly and decaying. My teeth don't hurt as much, and it actually helps whiten your teeth, too! Don't like the taste? Add a couple drops of peppermint essential oil. Oil pulling is basically just swishing the coconut oil around in your mouth for a few minutes. *Do NOT spit down the drain. It will harden and clog your pipes! Spit it out in the trash.
Coconut oil is good for your hair. I suggest using it as a conditioner in the shower or leave it in over night and wash it out in the morning. It will soften your hair and leave it feeling healthier.
Ladies, coconut oil is good for keeping your yoni's pH balance in check. Use it as lube or just apply it yourself. This is especially helpful if you get a UTI.
Basically, coconut oil is the answer for just about everything. I hope this helps you!
Training & Qualifications
I use coconut oil for just about everything. I had a baby which left my midsection scarred and loose. I've used coconut oil on myself for a few months now, combined with a few drops of lavender and tea tree essential oils, and I have seen significant improvements. I also use it for oil pulling, and my teeth are healing extremely well.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free most afternoons and evenings depending on my schedule :)

About Ashley Reed
Hello, my name is Ashley! I've had quite the adventure in life, and I'm only twenty four years old! If you're interested in finding out more, you can check out my blog: warriorgoddessshenanigans.blogs...pot.com. It's also link in my profile links for easier access. My passions include writing, art and music. I have a Facebook page dedicated to my art; that link is also included in my profile links. Please feel free to check it out. While I've been slacking in my art lately - I'd like to expand my knowledge of the different mediums, I *have* been working on my writing a lot. I've got one children's story that I've just sent off to the editor and I'm also working on my young adult series. I hope to have at least two children's stories published by summer. As for music, I'd love to learn to play my grandmother's piano; alas, that will have to wait I'm afraid. I'm also practicing Buti Yoga. It incorporates spiral movements instead of boring linear movements. The hip and chest circles feel amazing, but the work outs as a whole are scorchers! I definitely plan on being Buti Yoga certified within the next year. It's another one of my passions. I have fallen in love with working out and improving myself. I used to *hate* working out. Buti Yoga is definitely addicting in the best way possible! I highly recommend at least trying it. It's absolutely fantastic. Ladies, go check it out! The website for that is not in my personal links, however I can provide it: butiyoga.com. That's me in a nutshell :) show moreOpen to other proposals
