Kitchen Cutlery Sharpening

20

20 per unit - - Posted Mar 10, 2016

Have you ever tried cutting a vegetable, only to find yourself pushing so hard on the blade that you risk stabbing yourself over the action? Or dicing an onion only to find your dices really come in chunks as the edge is not catching the flesh?

I can sharpen plain edge blades to razor sharp quality. Classic chefs, santoukus, paring knives. I can help bring your plain edged blade back to life, optimizing safety in your kitchen. Using a combination of conundrum stone grinding techniques (and if necessary porcelain too) at 15 degree and 20 degree sharpening, I can bring life back to your blade - extending the effective use of your kitchenware.

Training & Qualifications

Been sharpening my own cutlery for over 10 years. Former scenic carpenter and welder turn corporate business wannabe , I've been sharpening kitchen cutlery, carpentry tools (chisels, block planes, etc), outdoor/tactical edged goods for the past 10 years.
