30 Minute Meditation Session
Half hour personal guided meditation for stress relief. I will first talk with you about your goals and expectations and then tailor the session to your needs. Session includes gentle body relaxation techniques and pranayama (breathwork). No experience required! This is a great way to start a personal meditation practice.
Session can be performed in person (I will come to your home) or remotely via Skype.
