I can teach the basics of standard cooking techniques, explain the uses and do's and don't's of kitchen equipment, and provide an all-around solid knowledge of how to make almost anything. I specialize in Italian, but I have firm roots in German, American, Mexican and Chinese cookery.
Training & Qualifications
I have been a professional cook for six years, and an avid cook for over a decade. I've graduated from culinary school with a 4.0 GPA.
