Learn a framework to handle a difficult conversation at work as a leader. A team member may not be performing up to standard, a peer may be blocking your best efforts, your director (or manager) may be creating difficulty for you, or any host of other conversational challenges may be interfering with your ability to lead effectively. In this 30-minute conversation, we will focus on ONE conversation you want to prepare to have at work and setting you up for success.

I am a certified leadership coach, consultant and have written numerous communication courses over my career, including course in difficult conversations.
