I help leaders innovate themselves to lead authentically such that others are left inspired to take the leader's desired actions of their own free will. Persuasion tactics and performance plans cannot accomplish what inspiration and innovation can. Innovating the human being (leaders specifically) is my true talent.

I am a multi-award earning leadership development coach and consultant with client testimonials that prove my effectiveness. I have worked for Boeing, GE, Sprint, Aon Hewitt, and BJC Healthcare. I work with leaders at all levels, including emerging leaders interested in getting promoted into leadership to shine at their best. I also work with entrepreneurs who have grown their business to now need to accelerate their leadership skills. My background is in organizational development, leadership development and talent management.

When I am not helping leaders everywhere build their personal inspiration and innovation as the foundation for inspiring others, I can be found biking the Katy Trail, testing new wines, cooking, reading, attending thought-provoking movies and cultural events, adoring my nephews, exercising profusely, and perfecting the all-nutritious green smoothie.
