Stress and Anxiety Reduction
I will help you learn to reduce stress and anxiety through education, nutrition, and/or guided meditation or hypnosis. Stress is defined as anything that causes us to have to change or adapt. Often times, we think of stress and anxiety as being purely a mental/emotional state, but in reality, the mind and body are one and things that put stress on the body can also contribute to feelings of stress and anxiety. By understanding all the potential stressors in your life and how the stress response works, you can begin to make changes to allow your body and mind to feel more relaxed.
Training & Qualifications
I am a Certified Hypnotherapist and a Certified Whole Health Educator. I am currently studying Applied Functional Medicine. Personally, I am in the process of reversing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. I have already gone from being pre-diabetic to having normal blood sugar levels. I have done numerous groups sessions on stress and anxiety.
