I will make/bake and deliver Holiday cookies for you. Take the stress out of the holidays by not slaving away in the kitchen. I am classically trained in the culinary arts and use organic ingredients whenever possible. I can also make brownies, tarts, truffles, cookie truffles, and cupcakes.
Training & Qualifications
I have been cooking/baking since I was 8 years old. My Mother and grandmother taught me how to bake at a very early age and utilized my skills as soon as they could to help out with family events. I also attended culinary school where I learned how to hone my skills and create a variety of specialized baked goods. I am pretty proud of my pie making skills as well as french pastry/custards/mousse & confections.
Availability & Preferences
Fridays and Saturdays, but might be able to accommodate if given enough notice.
