I am one of three members of my family that has the bladder disorder known as Interstitial Cystitis. I developed my case about ten years ago, and my sibling has had it almost 20 years. I have extensive knowledge about associated conditions like pelvic floor disorder (which I also have!), medications, treatment options, diet suggestions, new research on the horizon, and pain/urgency management techniques. Since each of our IC cases are slightly different I bring a wide array of knowledge about management for different IC subtypes. Can consult over phone or video chat.
