I am experienced in Chakra Opening, Grounding Techniques, Focused Breathing Exercises, Negative Energy Cleansing, and BASIC Reiki. I cannot emphasize enough that my Reiki knowledge is only as far as what is available online and will not be nearly as cleansing or detailed as a true master would give.

Training & Qualifications

I have been actively meditating since early 2015 and have studied many different forms online and in person with the monks of two temples near my home.

Availability & Preferences

We can meet in person or if distance/availability doesn't work out I'd be happy to record videos depending on what your needs are. (Reiki must be done in person.)
