Using knowledge as a certified trainer with the International Sports Science Association and as a competitive strength athlete, we will develop workouts, track progress, and reach your health, fitness, or strength goals together.
My services are exclusively online. Using video communication (Google Hangouts, Skype, Facebook Messenger, or FaceTime) we have a monthly appointment to either introduce you to online training, or if you’re a currently client we check your progress and see how you have been progressing.
Our first consultation consists of getting to know you and your lifestyle, your experience with exercise and sports, any injuries or physical limitations, and setting a goal that you would like to accomplish.
After that, we build a program for you to follow for the next 4 weeks. Each program is custom tailored to your needs and goals as an individual person, so no two programs will serve multiple people the same way.
And if you ever happen to have a question or concern about training, diet, or anything related, you will be able to text me or message me during the day and will receive a response within the hour unless otherwise notified.
Training & Qualifications
I am certified by the International Sports Science Association in fitness training and nutrition. I spent two years studying exercise science for my A.A. and then switched to Business Administration.
In addition, I have spent multiple years correcting my own body’s injuries and pains and enhancing my athletic performance. While not the best athlete, I am continually gaining coaching knowledge and applying these methods to help current clients in their own training.
Availability & Preferences
Weekday Evenings, Weekend Afternoons and Evenings, other hours by request. Available to text between 7am - 10pm.
