I can remove viruses and/or malware from a laptop or desktop computer. I can do this virtually via Teamviewer, or in person. Amount of time to complete this depends on how infected a computer is, although the service normally varies between one two three hours. Service also includes removing bloatware(programs preloaded onto a computer that are never used by the client) from said computer and making sure drivers are completely updated. Client only needs to be actively at their computer for fifteen to thirty minutes when I start, so that I can ask about which programs that are used by the client. Clients do not have to be in front of their computer during the time I remove viruses/malware/bloatware, however having the client close at hand is preferred. Chat during the service is available as well.
