I will bake you a loaf of your choice of flour 100% Sourdough bread.
1lb of hand made dough, scored, and baked to a beautiful color and crisp crust. End product weights about 13oz.
Training & Qualifications
Self-taught Baker. Managed my own sourdough bread program for Bodean Seafood for a year, creating roughly two new bread formulas a month while producing 30 loaves a night.
Availability & Preferences
Sunday, weekday evenings.
