I experiment with a number of styles outside of my professional realm, but ultimately this: if you are planning on attending a party, function, etc. where you must contribute a homemade food item, I will make it for you largely from scratch, in my home. We would need to discuss the ingredients and ideas on a case-by-case basis (BBQ, regional, vegan, etc... in addition to quantity), but I'm willing and able to accommodate many tastes, with superb and interesting takes on bar/finger/party food a specialty.
