Based on your current level, we will start with either stick control, basic rudiments on a pad/snare, basic beats using two hands, basic beats using two hands and a foot, or a type of beat/style that interests you.

I will show you correct posture and form for everything.

If you are a complete beginner, you will leave being able to do a basic beat with two hands and a foot (if you have these appendages) and you will have a solid understanding of where to go from there on your own.

I will prescribe you a book to guide you on your journey based on what you would like to be like in the future.

*We will only be focusing on matched grip - not traditional grip
*We can focus on hand drum percussion
*We will go to Rivington Music Rehearsal Studios in Lower East Side, The Sweatshop in Williamsburg, or my roof in St. George, Staten Island (my roof is only available weekends during the day) - whichever is easier for you and I will cover any rehearsal costs.
