Listening and Support, Counselor
Sometimes we need someone to talk to and help us process things. I would love to be there to ask you kind and compassionate questions, and listen as you work through anything that you're experiencing. Sometimes having an objective person to talk to can help you feel connected again. I can offer some self care ideas and journaling/art exercises to help you get in tough with your self when you feel torn or jumbled.
Training & Qualifications
I am not a professional counselor, but I do have empathy and will not offer advice unless asked for. I'm here to listen, and I think all humans are capable of support each other in this way. I am an artist and have worked with children and adults to support them in their creativity, and development.
Availability & Preferences
I can be open on mornings, weekday evenings, and weekends. Just let me know! If you're close by, we can meet in person. If not, online will work just fine!
