Start with the basics in care and maintenance of your flute. I will have you play a brief excerpt from varying pieces to determine your skill level and recommend some music to practice at home between each session. You will learn sight reading, aural tuning, minor maintenance and other skills to help you on your musical journey. If you're simply looking for help to improve one particular piece whether for contest or recital, I will customize lessons based on pieces you bring in to help reach your performance goals.
