I work mainly with people who want to rehab their back pain and get back to an active life. Working with the movements relayed to the spine and using props we start with the breath and learn small precise connections that make moving more about efficiency and less about pain. Continuing with the small steps we move into more practical applicatons such as getting up and down to the floor, lifting, carrying, throwing and climbing.... building it all together to make you a more capable human being.
