I am a single mum of two young children with a passion for cooking, baking, and most importantly, cake decorating. I consider myself an amateur chocolatier and have experience selling custom event treats of all ilks (cookies, vegan, gluten free, pops, brownies, petcakes, etc). I've managed a food network featured cupcakery, a Subway, a bar kitchen, and more. My non- food service experience has been in tech support (Apple) and Customer Care for a call center. There's also the four years I spent volunteering in special needs classrooms and programs.
