1-hour private yoga session
I will talk with you first to evaluate your needs and strengths and then dive into teaching you tools and practices that can help you achieve your goals. For instance, if you want to relieve anxiety we can do calming breathing or if you’re stiff, we’ll focus on certain exercises and stretches to relieve tension.
Training & Qualifications
I am a 200-hour Dharma Yoga certified teacher and I am in the process of completing my 500-hour certification.
Availability & Preferences
Weekdays but also some weekends
