All beings deserve to meditate. You can meditate and gain greater emotional intelligence. I will guide you through a simple sound-vibration meditation. You will then be able to experience a sort of 'auto pilot' system check up. This can develop gradually and can happen with your first 20min vibrational meditation. This increases emotional intelligence by allowing your mind a green field to rest in. This moment of rest for your mind is like how some birds migrate... You will experience a relaxed and conscious reflection on your self, your desires, and service to this existence.
