Alicia Wilson Rivero is a Natural Foods Chef & Health Coach who works and plays daily at her two passions: cooking and teaching. In her early years, she apprenticed with master chefs in New York City and studied at the Culinary Institute of America.
Later, she earned a Master’s degree in education from Columbia University and became a classroom teacher. In 2005, she moved to Mexico to combine her two careers and created a cooking school, where classes integrate the principles of wellness and good taste.
Alicia is currently training to become a Certified Holistic Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She spends her time between Mexico and the US, helping people learn to heal and nourish themselves with great, wholesome food.
