Consultation with a Vegan Dietitian

I am a Registered Dietitian and also happen to be vegan! If you're thinking of going vegan or eating less meat and/or dairy, I'd be happy to speak with you about some simple changes you can make in your current diet to give you a healthy start to your new lifestyle! This will include a 30-minute session and a sample menu plan with recipes.

Training & Qualifications

I am a Registered Dietitian and 2-year vegan. I also work for University Dining Service where we are focusing more and more on plant-based meals.
