60 Minute Yoga Class
I will meet you at your home or a public place and guide you through a 60 minute yoga class of your choice. I have experience teaching Yin Yoga, Deep Stretch, and Vinyasa Flow. Variations upon request are optional, and classes sequenced uniquely to your needs are available as well. Yoga has many benefits such as calming the mind, allowing the body to become flexible, toning your muscles, and giving you a tool to cope with daily stresses.
