I am here to be your support as you tap into what you need from your practice. Using expert guidance, we will utilize Pranayama breathing exercises, physical movement, meditation, massage, and more to develop strength mentally, physically, and spiritually. This practice is one that aims to unlock your true nature if you're willing to try.
You don't have to be able to touch your toes, be able to meditate without thinking, or be fit to try. But once you do try, I will help you stay the path and do the work even when things are challenging. Especially when things are challenging.
I am here for you through sound, dance, and connecting to inspiration.
I prefer to work a regular schedule with you as the practice is one that builds upon previous experience. Regular practice makes regular progress ✌🏾

Training & Qualifications
I have been practicing yoga for over a decade, and really became dedicated my freshman year of college in 2011. It was the backbone to a healthy, structured life, and now I don't want to imagine my life without it. It's always been fun teaching friends and loved ones, so I took the jump in 2018 to travel to India and learn what yoga is and has been for millennia from the masters in the south for a month. This past March, I spent time in the rainforests of Costa Rica deepening my skillset which included Buddhist philosophy, myofascial massage, anatomy and physio, advanced asanas and arm balances, and time amongst spiders and butterflies.
I've been dancing professionally for the better part of five years.
My university background is in psychology and performing arts, and I will be returning to school for nursing.
I have so much that I would love to share. It would be an honor.
Availability & Preferences
I am usually free during the weekdays, but my schedule varies.
