Basic Computer Troubleshooting

I will review and assess any problems you may be experiencing with your computer. A session will be approximately 30 minutes long once I've established my remote connection with you, if applicable.
This may include:
-Printer connectivity
-Simple wireless internet configuration
-disk cleanup
-system upgrade consultation
-Windows refresh process
Please note, this list is non exhaustive, and I will be more than willing to see what I can do for you on a case by case basis.
In the event that your service cannot be performed remotely (due to an internet issue) I'll assist your service via whatever means possible.
Training & Qualifications
I am CompTIA A+ certified and have approx. 1.5 years of relevant IT help desk and support experience.
Availability & Preferences
Saturday and Sunday at nearly any time, or M-F after 5:30 Mountain time. I will try and make a time slot fit you!
