Your best friend
I could be your best friend, gym or hiking buddy.... I'm trying to get in some sort of shape also. .... I will talk you in to working out, when you don't feel like it and suffer along with you.... No quitters!
Training & Qualifications
Im able to do one hr of cardio and 45min of light weights, walk five miles, hike, give life advices sometimes good, sometimes bad and just be that one human you'd could count on when you need that extra push and encouragement.
Availability & Preferences
I'm not working at the moment, so I'm free every day from 7:15am - 2:00pm but I'm very flexible with other days and times, if planned ahead. NO FLAKES!
