Running Fitness Coach
I will help you get in shape and become a better runner. Want to shed some extra pounds while learning about good running form and technique to improve pace and distance? Or looking to improve your pace and become a faster or more consistent runner? I'm a seasoned runner who will make sure you get the most out of your workout with me! If you're in the SF Bay Area, I will provide 1-1 personalized training.

Training & Qualifications
I am a certified running coach and have been running competitively for more than 10 years, and have run hundreds of road and trail races ranging from 5k to 50 mile ultra-marathons. I frequently volunteer at numerous races as an aid station volunteer or a race pacer.
My community involvement in the running community includes:
-Race pacer for the San Francisco Marathon, Portland Marathon, Northern California Marathon/Half, Morgan Hill Marathon/Half, Modesto Marathon, Pleasanton Half Marathon, Livermore Half Marathon, Oakland Marathon, Santa Cruz Half Marathon, and Mountains 2 Beach Marathon/Half.
-Running Coach for De Paul Treatment Center in Portland, OR (2010-2011)
-3 x Ambassador for the San Francisco Marathon (2012, 2013, 2014)
I enjoy getting involved in the running community, meeting runners of all ability levels, and helping others reach their goals and realize their potential.
