Custom Sims 4 House Build- Shell

I will custom build a house shell on Sims 4 for you based on, style prefrence, personality, packs you wish to have included or avoided, as well as colors, concepts, lot size and price. ^-^ You may include a list of specific guidlines, such as " suburban, pool, large vegetable garden, lot size, ect"
Once your build is compleated I will provide you with your custom named lot and my Origin ID so you may download your new creation from the gallary!
Included in the build:
- base shape and sized shell
- complete landscaping
- windows/door/accent placment
- complete coloring and details
lot sizes can alter the price~ smaller lots will cost less, as larger lots will cost more:
-20x15 lots will only be 15 simbis!
-50x50 lots will range 50 simbis

Training & Qualifications
I have been playing the sims and creating for years. Upload to the gallery regularly, participate in the Sims community and have hundreds of hours clocked in with creating! I will spend an average of 2-8 hours on a single build and will take my time perfecting the creation for you.
I have included examples of landscaping and build types as well as lot sizes for reference that I will provide! ^-^
